Replying to Ski fucked up, quick question.

So I was going to tune my skis last night and I noticed the edge on one of my skis is pretty much broken in half. The crack goes most of the way through the edge and it pushed it out a tiny little bit so that it's separated from the rest of the ski by maybe 1/4 of a centimeter. I know I need to take that shit to a shop ASAP, I just want to know if it's safe to go skiing or if I'm running a huge risk of blowing out an edge and owning my skis. Thanks.
