Replying to I need some computer help... no more sound

so i was trying to clean up some things on my computer so i went to ctrl + alt + delete > processes.

i deleted some useless shit, but i also delete something that involves my sound card.

i tried reinstalling the driver like 5 times, and a message window pops up saying my sound card cant be found with some fancy computer words thrown in there

so can anyone help me out here? ... the beeping sound from the speaker on my motherboard is driving me crazy anything something happens, and its really hard to edit videos without sound.
