Broke skis today

so im skiing the woods at mt snow till like 1 oclock today, found some great cliffs and got some good powder lines. I decide to get a quick lunch so i goto the lodge and after I head back towards the area I was skiing at. There is a big nole (sp?) on this trail that alot of people like to loft over, ive prolly hit the thing like 50+ times before. So I decide to hit it again. All the sudden these snowboarders are all up on it and I cut out alittle bit and get alitle bit of air and then I look down and theres a huge mogul like a foot behind where im going to land(no other moguls on the entire trail). I hit it and i eject from both my skis. I roll like 20 feet and i guess it looked pretty bad, but it didnt hurt so I didnt really think about it. I walk up to get my skis and i see that my binding ripped right off my ski. skiied down on my other ski and went straight to my local ski shop. They said it cant be fixed completely but they can jam another nut into where the holes are drilled and put my bindings back on, but no guarentee the binding will stay on. Has anyone here ever had this done to their skis? should I do this or am i pretty much fucked and need to drop more money on new skis? sorry for the full day recap, im kinda bummed cause I was planning on skiing the rest of the day then another day during the week and then goto jay peak in 2 weeks
