Park city area housing

If I were looking to rent a place for a long term lease in park city when is the best time to do it? Is it hard to find housing and is it really expensive?

really expensive. best bet is to look in SLC, kamas, or midway/heber area.

the best time to do it is the summer.  Right now they are obviously getting top dollar.  You can get a 2 bedroom place in prospector for 1700/month.
