Alright so these past few days I've been talking to Tyson Hall as the heel piece of my binding ripped out and it appears that the fibres in the ski are cracked right down the width of the ski. It appears as though I am sending them in and they said that they shall inspect to see if they can replace them. I have a couple questions about sending them in for those that have done it.
I'm pretty sure that I must pay shipping charges but what service should I use and what options (ie. ups ground?)
Do I send it in a box, if so I've never seen a box big enough to fit my skis in.
and i really dont know what else i need so if someone who has done it can you please let me know what other information i'll need other than my return authorization number and such?
