So everyone seems to go to florida for Spring Break lately, but I've decided I rather ski powder, my Im doing some early bird searching for spring break this time next year. Id love to do a memorable powder trip that isn't going to completely drain my poor college student account, and I don't want to be in any big crowds. Possibly Cat Skiing, Id love to do some trees, but any type of back-country/ powder skiing would make me happy. I live in northern maine so powder days are few and far between.
Lets Hear some suggestions

Revelstoke, BC. Average of 40-60 feet per year, sick tree skiing plus tons of sick cliffs , and not very busy. Plus they will have alot more terrain open next year with a new chair and another gondola to service lower village.

jay peak always pulls powder and thats up by you
last year i hit up montana, wicked cheap trip, big sky is expensive and more of a ritzy place but the top of the mountain was just pow runs and shit. hit up bridger bowl and hike out of bounds or to the top for some sick runs and discovery basin was a great start mountain (the backside basin of course- the front is flat) but they have some real nice open and treed runs, even a few cliffs too. I bet idaho is not that expensive either

People who go to Florida for Spring Break are stupid. There is absolutely nothing there unless you have never seen a good set of waves in your life; you are 5 years old and want to go to Disney World; or you think Miami is the coolest thing around.

florida is a lot of fun and theres more to the beach then waves. Miami has an incredible amount of things to do, plus there are tons of kids in panama city during break.

You know nothing. Miami has nothing but gays. The best place to go to during Spring Break would be Cocoa Beach or Pensacola Beach. Pensacola is actually a really cool place with really decent waves for the Gulf.

Where are you golfing at? The best golf courses are on the central band of FL.
