Just curious what y'all thought was a sweet ass ride for skiing. Personally I think the WRX is sweet as hell all around since it can get you around in the winter and still haul some major ass...

The WRX wagon is where it's at. I love mine soooo much. 5 people, skis on top, gear in the back, and it's not too cozy.

wrx, what the hell. never support japan. go with the chevs man. ive worked on those jap cars, and it insane how stupid they are. like for example, their cams are like tiny, and so they beat the hell out of the rest of the motor just to make it move. its basically the same thing with fords tho, fords blow ass too

sorry but a subaru will last a hell of alot longer than a chevy. my first car was a 1987 subaru gl (slapstick-4wd) with 225,000 miles on it. I got drunk and beat the shit out of that car every weekend crashing through the woods running over fires at parties, exc. 3 seperate incidents other cars crashed into me. (not my fault) I sold the car at 260,000 miles on it like two years ago. When I go back to visit home I still see that car driving around.

There is an S6 wagon though. I have a VW passat with 4motion (quattro)...I would love the new Toureg that next year comes with a V10 turbo diesel (300+hp and 550+ft/lb of torque) 3 more years and that will be mine.

i used to drive an 89 isuzu trooper 321,000 miles on it. 6 cylinder but only 5 worked. and sold it and it still drives in portland. but now i drive a mazda navajo. 4 wheel drive gets me where i go.

There is an RS6 wagon, might not be in US yet though.

And basically any Audi with quattro will destroy in the snow. Plus, you really can't beat heated leather seats for the drive home.

hmmm, yeah, subarus must be better than my 99 yukon, especially after i dropped mad dime into customizing the fuck out of it. i guess it's only good for scaring people into thinking the fbi is after them when i am driving behind them. oh yeah, it works pretty well in 3 feet of snow too, but not that that matters when you need a vehicle for skiing. i mean honestly, who really wants to go skiing when it snows 3 feet outside? people just stay at home. wait, that's probably because they own STUPID LITTLE CARS.
