Volkl wall, spk, or dumont?

Here are some questions for people who know alot more about skis than me.
 Im getting new skis this year, and I am thinking either the walls, spks or the dumonts. Does anyone have these skis, or know anything about them? I ski alot of park but want a ski that is still good outside of the park.
Also, I am 6 ft 200 lbs, so what length would you guys recomend if Im getting them center mounted or very close? I know that the walls come in 177 or 185 cm.

when does your season end? because its pretty late, if money is a descent factor then if you wait you can get these skis you mentioned next season for cheaper, or get "better" 09 skis for next season.

Sry that i didn't give any help on skis, i don't know that much and also i cannot relate to your height and weight, but i bought the dumonts, which do quite fine outside of park, i could even do some pro GS turns  on ice when i had edges(before rail damage). I think dumonts are softest of the three you mentioned.

ya i know its late but im planning on buying them in march or april when they all go on sale and i can still use them before the next season

Volkl Walls

I've used them all season and they're the best skis I've owned. I've owned Rossi Scratch's, etc...

Perfect for park but rip on groomers and backcountry too

for ur weight u may want to get the walls cause there stiffer than the dumonts and even though the spks are stiffer to begin with after a while they will break down cause of the foam core and ull like the stiffer wood core that the wall has

and tehy are stiff so they will be a better ski for a bigger guy

They are all completely different skis. Dumonts will be to flexy for a bigger man. Never rode spks... But volkl walls will have a good stiff flex that will help you not butter out on landings from jumps. Also look into some Public Enemys possibly. Another stiff ski that will help not buttering out.

if your some old guy whos gettin into the "freeride double tippered ski " kinda thing, tehy will only be good for carving tight turns all over the mtn,.  they are a solid ski but not good for park.  but if you want something like this that dabbles in both, check out kun fujas, adn the Extremes(i think these are a replacement to the PE's)

Ha no im only 15. I actually realy enjoy mine in the park. I suck nuts at rails so I dont realy care that they suck for that. But I realy like the stiffness for landing on jumps (im a biggger guy like 6'2 180) which is what I hit 90% of the time in park. Also the stiffness helps for gripping the ice crud of the midwest (where I ski most the time) and there still wide enough to stay afloat in pow for my occasional trips out west.

The walls are the greatest ski I've ever used. I've rode them all season and absolutely love them. They'll be my park ski until they combust. The symmetrical sidecut is amazing for switch riding, rails and spinning and it doesn't throw you off if you want to shred some groomers. I'm an ex racer and I had no problem holding a tight carve with these skies. The neon green sidewalls look so dope too, people always comment on this ski.

I went from not knowing how to ride switch to being able to throw sw 1s 3s and 5s this season. I'm not saying it was only the wall that did this, I worked really really hard but the ski took me so much farther then I would have been able to go with something else, like my old dynastar trouble makers.

i rode the walls all last year and they are sick! get em centered up and switch skiing is soo smooth. they arent bad out of the park either. walls are my pick fa sho

never ridden the wall, but i really liked riding my friends dumonts. they're uber poppy and pretty stable going fast. and in the park they were great, they had a stiff pipe flex that didn't wash out on jumps but the tips were soft enough to play around on.

Go with the 185 Wall. Yer a big dude (no offense) and you will probably get the most mileage out of the walls. If this is gonna be yer only ski you might wanna think about mounting them back just a hair.
