Thats right people as soon as next year there could be a catskiing operation out of Vermont. This is no joke. It will be offereing guided and nonguided trips into the backcountry terrain near Mt.Mansfield and Bolton mountain. Prices will be around $150-200 for the day and youw ill be able to take as a ny runs as you can fit in. My question to all of you is would you sign up and do it?!?

just to let you guys know, i know the thread starter very well, and this is a legit idea. It isn't some BS "wouldn't it be nice to..." idea, he is actually going ahead with this idea, and so far i'm glad to see he's getting support.

i probably wouldnt do it but thats because i live in vermont i can get to plenty of "backcountry" without paying that much. But for all the herbs coming up to vermont it would be golden

yea like i said earlier, i know this guy.

the idea was legit, it was going ahead, then suddenly everything came to a halt due to financial reasons, from what i understand. (I'm a friend, not a business associate.) So with that said, from what i've been told/seen, there was a change in who's running the idea, and its location has been shifted out west somewhere.

sorry guys, you know how the ski industry goes. Great ides get shot down daily.
