Bruised heels?

i cased a jump pretty bad tonight and my heels kill everytime i step...normal, how long does it last......idk

when i was in middle school, the same thing happened. my achilles tendon ended up pulling so far and so tight that it broke my heel..this was extremely painful and i couldnt walk normally for about a year, and for the first ~nine monthes, i couldnt play any sports..it all sucks, the best thing i can say is ICE, STRETCH, and take advil

same thing happened to me this week, you should prob hit up the hospital
you could've injured your planters fasciitis. if that happened you need physical therapy and shit

fuck i dont want to go through that shit...same thing happened last year i got injured a few weeks before season ended and missed best week all year...im gonna wait a few days then see how it feels

thats most likely from your boots. when you land forward sometimes (like when you case a jump real bad) your heels may lift up a little and hit the plastic shell kind of hard since there isnt that much padding in the back of the boots. its usually when your boots dont fit perfect or are a little big

i get that everyonce in a while because i messed up one of my heels really bad falling onto pavement so i have a little bump that kind of sticks out, and when i land really hard my heel bone that sticks out sometimes hits my boot pretty hard so i get a bruise. just rest up and you will be aright in a few days.

haha i thought i'd be real tough, and i skied on it for a week and it was KILLING me

found out every time it hurt i was making the injury worse, putting micro-tears in my ligaments

i jumped off a bridge (over grass) once and could barely put pressure on my heels afterward. it went away after maybe 3 days though, so you should be fine

Use your own judgement. If it feels like what you described it as, a bruised heel, just do what somebody already said, ice, advil, etc. If something doesn't feel right see a doctor. Everybody in here is talking about a different heel injury, all are likely different that yours. Nobody is really going to be able to give you accurate advice here. It's your heel anyways.
