Replying to Sierra ski and snowboard

Today i called Sierra Ski and Snowboard and asked "do you have in stock the Volkl Wall's in 185"? They replied "let me check" and then "yeah, the 185s, we do". I replied "are you sure? your website says you don't." They replied "we have the Volkl Wall 185s in stock".

I was stoked, I had called all over trying to find this ski in the right size. I made the 1 hour drive from the bay up to Sacramento to pick up the skis. When I got to the ski section they didn't have the Wall's at all. I told the salesperson that I called and asked if they had them, and they said they haven't had the walls all season. They then proceeded to try to sell me other twins. I was pissed. I fucking drove an hour to pick up skis they didn't have. They lied.

I told this to my buddy who lives in Sac and he said that happens fairly often. They often lie about what they have on the phone just to get a customer in the door.

Fuck Sierra Ski and Board. Worst Ski shop ever...
