skiing is skiing dont disrespect it if u choose not to ski without poles

if you dont suck at skiing you can still do all the same grabs and they rarely get in the way.

i don't suck at skiing and poles do get in the way, i still ski with them but i tried without for a few days and it was really fun, even in pow and moguls, plus grabbing IS much easier - but you are entitled to your opinion just like everyone else

i use poles, but theyre not neccesary. its personal preference so who cares. i sprained my thumb so i skied without poles for a week i just felt more off balance

dont hate on no poles just cuz u kno u cant ski w/o em 4 shit. no poles helps ur technique so much. if u can ski anything w/o poles, then w/ poles u can ski anything + better

the only place i dont ski with poles is in the pow or anywhere with a traverse,
sooo, that means i pretty much never ski with poles over here on the ice coast.

it just feels so awesome being free to do what you want in the park and on the groomers and i think that poles were only holding me back from that freedom.

big claim? i think so. anywho i found out a sick way to carry my skis and poles from my british friend who just started skiing, you put your your poles in your bindings and carry them by your sides, works perfect. ps, was that a video challenge?
