yea, this isn't a bike site. but the DH just has a different strapping system, different back panel and thicker padding. if you just went to raceface.com and looked at them, it would have told you. use your own resources before coming to NS

I would go for the FR. For the DH's you have to take your shoes off to put them on and its pretty annoying. The FR's let your legs breathe better too.

Shin pads are for pussies. Rock Kyle Strait knee pads or nothing.
