Replying to Where do you mount Sir Francis Bacon?

Carrphotography:
Excited to have some Bacons on the way, but I'm not at all sure where to mount them. Sorry if this is a repeat, couldn't find much previous posts on where to mount.

I plan on these being my every day, all mountain skis. I have EP Pros for when it's strickly a powder day, but plan on using these once it gets tracked out, the day after a storm, and just as all all-mountain:groomers, park, and searching for after storm leftovers etc. EP Pro's get less fun once it gets tracked out, so I'll probably use these for the second half of powder days as well. Switch performance in powder is not a priority because I have the EP Pros for that. But I will want to ski these switch on hardpack. I do not like tip dive in powder, so I want to know how close to center you can mount these without getting tip dive.

I believe Pollard says on the product video that he has his at -1.5 INCHES from center. But doesn't the line website say the recommended line is 2.5cm back from center? It's confusing, I'm confused what recommended actually is on these. Did the line move with this years bacons or something? These will be my everyday ski basically (in the west), would it be beneficial to mount them closer to center, or leave them back?

Where do you have your bacons mounted at and how do you like it? Thanks! Your help is sure appreciated.
