Big mountain bitches..

I'm getting really sick of seeing all of these big-mountain elitists who rag on everyone just because the park scene is getting more attention then their big-mountain lines. I am NOT saying that big-mountain is gay, isn't as 'extreme' as park, or anything like that, I love it. What I'm saying is people need to drop the fuckin attitude and if people have different riding preferences than you, chill the fuck out and just share the sport you love with them.

I think they mainly bitch when kids just ride the parks all day and can actually ski. Its all about being a well rounded skier from the steeps, to the bumps and the parks.

yeah i just think that people who cant ski anything but park are stupid, even though theres not much big mountain out east, i can still ski the whole mountain, and any jibbers from the east coast need to be able to do the same thing i think

Most of the disrespect is because SOME park skiers really aren't good skiers at all. I've seen guys who can throw a cork 7's, but the second they hit some very mild groomers they can't even carve right. I really don't think that big mountain skiers disrespect park skiers who are truly good skiers.

yeah i agree with that, the only ones not getting respect are the total park rats, which is ok if thats what u wanna do, but i definately dont see why you would choose riding park over rippin a nice line through some pow
