Uploading a video

I have a mac and when ever i try to upload a video from imovie onto here it never uploads.... i have never seen the progress bar on the screen move at all like its loading it at all. and mac users havea any answers?

I got a mac and use final cut express, use whatever editing program you have and render/export it from there.Use this to get the best settings http://vimeo.com/help/compression
