i just finished making this really nice fancy takes two hours to make a 5 seconds titleplate thing in after effects.
so i go and export it as .avi file onto my desktop
and then go to import it into premiere
but its all like fucked up and everything all blury and its all like squares in the wrong places
but it looks fine when i play it on my desktop
and all my skiing footage is in avi and it imports fine and dandy
help?
