so i recently got a moniter of ebay and it came in the mail the other day.
so the ups man comes to my door and chargers me $54, and i already sent the cost of shipping to the guy.
i tried emailing him back to ask what the fuck? but he hasnt email me back yet.
does anyone have any idea why i was charged this amount?
