So I'm going on a big trip, planning on skiing many mountains. Where can I camp at the following:
jackson Hole
Targhee
steamboat
vail
Alta
snowbird
mammoth....

I would think you could find a/some hostel(s) in the AltaBird and Targhee/Jackson areas. Try doin a little research, sorry I don't know more but that might be a place to start a search.

in jackson you can stay at the youth hostel they have i dont know exactly where it is
and in vail you could camp in minturn but i would try and find some floor space

there is a hostel in downtown, a couple blocks from the square and i think there is one at the village

Yea i saw 2 hostels in Jackson. I'll probably check those out. Now what about lot camping at any of these mtns.? Like at A-Basin you can camp at the upper lot. Any other places allow this? I could see vail not allowing it because they're all upscale swank or whatever, but what about the rest?
