Replying to How much does a grab slow down your spin?

until this weekend i only did grabs in 360s. i am able to do 720s since a long time and very easy, i just never putted grabs in it. so saturday i started with some mute 540s, i felt very comfortable and i got the grab everytime after 2 or 3 tries. then i went for the 720° mute grab, i underrotated a few times but after a few more tries i landed it with the full spin. but if i want to do it, i have to initate my spin as hard as if i want to a 900° without a grab. do i do something wrong or how's that for you?
