Ski's for Sunshine/ Lake Louise

So i live in Nova Scotia and at the end of the week I am taking a week long trip to Banff where I'll be skiing Sunshine and Lake Louise. I ski centre mounted Volkl Karma's, but I can get 05/06 motherships for the trip if i wanted. My question is which ski should I take with me and I can only take one pair. I've never skied out west so I have no idea what i should be expecting which is why I'm asking you... thanks a lot
