i do every 4 days out, or whenever the bases look dry.

I do, I hate having to wait 3 days for the shop to do a shitty machine job as opposed to doing it whenever your skis need it. Cheaper in the long run if you ski frequently and need your skis waxed frequently.

I do, its a lot cheaper, and it saves time too (instead of having to take them to a shop)... buyin an iron was probally the best investment i have made towards skiin accessories.

yeah, I'd say tahts a pretty good deal. I paid around $70 Canadian just for a kuu iron and scraper for my brothers for Xmas

yeah I do too. Pretty much whenever im working in the shop and bored. Its good to keep some fresh wax on em. Plus, this douchbag left a whole box of wax in our shop from when he used to work there, and he comes in every year to see if we used it and gets pissed if we do, but he refuses to take it home. So now I use that every time, in hopes that it will be gone and get him angry.
