second week of march is excellent timing usually...
Park: Laax is the only one up to standards with Breck and PC... Portes du Soleil has cool parks
Powder: Mürren, Engelberg, Andermatt, Portes du Soleil..
just go to Zermatt because it's so huge and tall.
you will probably have to travel around from resort to resort, because staying in a town becomes too expensive, the trains are really expensive. www.backpackers.ch has some good hostels.
Laax and Portes du Soleil are my personal favorites. You need to see Mürren and Zermatt for the views. If it dumps just follow the snow...

Good luck finding pow, park at the same resorts, but lucky for you, Switzerland is a fucking small country. If, you can get a hold of a car I would stay in central Switzerland cause it gives you access to a lot of resorts all within an hour. One of my favorite places to go pow skiing in Switzerland is Titlis-Engelberg resort. The town is the postcard kinda of town and the one town has two different mountains. The northfacing Titlis and the south facing Bruenig. Personally I like the Titlis better cause it is steeper and gnarlyer.
If you want a more relaxed place, that almost no american ever visits hit up the melchsee-frutt and it has a small park a few jumps, and a few rails and boxes(Check this link out to see if the park suits you: http://www.fruttpark.ch/gallery.html ). But if you want a sick park hit up Laax.
