I just mounted a pair of wooden water skis... they are super fat, reverse cambered and stiffer than a 2x4. Footage to comes oon.

sweet, you got to tell me how this works cuz i got some old wooden water skis also, and so i wouldnt mind using them as a pow ski if they worked nice

they are wood cored so its not a plastic waterski, so i think they will hold fine..u gunna fashion some edges on those for this weekend LMP?

hell no! then they wont be water skis anymore. haha i dont know if i will be riding them it looks like were going to be skiing slush this weekend not pow... i think it will be tshirt park days

the screws are held in much better if there is some type of plate under the mounting place.  i.e fiberglass or metal.

well most skis don't have a mounting plate unless the fiber glass, or whatever you have reinforcing your core is considered to be a mounting plate
