there are so many different things you can use that are mad cheap
indoor outdoor carpet
this orange outdoor fencing
join build a jib cult you will get a lot of help there

here in the uk theres loads of dry slopes and indoor ski slopes, every 6 months or so the dry slopes throw out old matting which you can pick up for free usually.
