Help! My knee died!!

Yea its been twitching similar to the video below for the past 3 hourss....  my renst offered to take me to the docotrs but im to tired and got shit (hw) to do.  any ideas?  its on the left leg above the knee for like a t-rog pencil length back diagonally right.  doesnt hurt but its non stop twitchage...

any ideas?

haha yea but its so fucked up.  its a pain in the ass. maybe i need or 'kneed' more sleep oh man iim good.

yea i dont have caffine usually. didnt have any soda in the last 3 days, no coffe. actually a starbucks double shot espresso 2 days ago but im pretty sure thats not the prob
