I wanna make one. Im gonna use two 1 1/2" PVC rails on top. Highest point is 2 feet, lowest is 1 foot. What do i need to put under the PVC? I was thinking:

(pvc)
[Plywood]
[Supports]

i would def use plywood so you can use more screws to keep the pvc on other then just through the supports, otherwise it would stress the pvc alot and you would be mroe likely to rip it out or crack it

1 1/2" pvc isnt thin....

thats what ive used before and ive used 1 1/4" with no problems

i am building one outta a porch swing a frame. its four curved flat bars gonna make it a double wide 5 feet high 15 feet long
