Yes, significantly. I noticed this after a shower towards the end of last season, and I've skied a lot more this season so it's happening again.

Yeah. I get it the first day of the season. Shins're red for a day, then I have a naked strip for the rest of the season.
It's just from your socks rubbing in between your shins and the boot liner. If you have a friend who doesn't have that problem, tell them they should learn to not ride in the back seat:)
