Anyone now how much remounting costs?

well my friend and I made a trade, and i got his old skis, there a little to big and i need to get them remounted and i wanna know how much it would probaly cost

the shop i go to charged 30 for a remount.. they usualy just charge you 25 though like they do for new mounts

I got a remount done for $16 and some change after tax. I bought boots from the shop a few months before and they said I got half off a remount. Call up and find out, easier than asking NS.

place my bro works at charges 25, place less then a quarter mile down the road charges 50 with a binding/ski purchase

whats the difference in boot size? because most bindings are good for a couple of cm's of adjustment in the heel piece. now if you have lets say a 30.5 boot and your friend had a 25.0, then id say remount. but if its a difference between a 27 and a 28.5, you should have enough room for adjustment.

umm remounting around here in NH is $30. but what it seem slike you need is only an adjustment...which is usually $20

What is your friends boot sole length and what is yours?  You may not need a remount, unless you are aware of how to adjust the bindings and found out that you truly need a remount.
