Ninthward Warranty Problems

So i bought pair of ninthwards last January and right around Christmas time i noticed a 3 inch crack in the sidewall of the skis. I emailed wally about warrantying them and he got back to me within three days saying "ya just send me pictures of the damage and your address." Well i did that 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on Wally to reply. I know what people say Ninthward is super legit about gettin back to you about this kind of stuff but I'm just getting a little annoyed by the lack of communication. If my skis arent warrantyable than so be it, but i'd atleast like some sort of response. ANYONE have suggestions about how i should go at the problem? another email maybe?

I am pretty sure nearly everyone that works at nine is going around to trade shows and stuff.
Ninthward is a small company so they do not have many people working but you will get yours skis warrantied.

Yes everyone at ninthward is going around to tradeshows and stuff but don't they have laptops? wireless internet is getting easier and easier now. also when i buy skis from a company such as ninthward, i'm putting trust in their product and how they will handle my situation if the skis do happen to be damaged. by having to wait three weeks, it discourages me from purchasing any other products from them in the future.

when i tried to warrenty my ninthwards they told me the wrong address to send my skis to so i had to pay for shipping my skis across the country and not even getting them warrentied.
i kept skiing them and ended up cracking BOTH skis in half.
i think it was a model from their first year so theyve prolly gotten better by now
All times are Eastern (-5)
