Squaw Tearing Down Mainline Pipe

Anyone else hear about this? I posted something in the Regionals as well. Looks like upper management at Squaw wants to tear down the Mainline Superpipe after the 48 Straight. Why would you wreck one of the best pipes in North America? Plus they're considering not building Mainline park this year.
Write them and ask to save the pipe and build mainline. Write your support here or hit em at this link:

if they do that, they're only showing how much more reason i have to go to northstar-at-tahoe
they don't understand that this is really where our sports going. every kid that starts skiing is either racing or park rat twin tippers, and even the racers i kno r quittin. it's stupid, there's a whole generation of yougn rippers just comin outa college that will have good jbos and want to take ski trips to places that have a nice park not just to ride it, but also to see other kids there
its foolish, i dont get them, its a HUGE mountain and it's not like they dont have room or sumthin, and they have the dough (its squaw), it makes business sense.
if they can't make enuf business outa their park, they dont market it right, thats the end of it
but i dont want to see any park ever come down, RCR already broke my heart, i hope squaw doesn't give me less reason to go back there

I sent an email asking them not to do it. I know someone reads those. Just make a big enough stink. It can't hurt.
Actually I wanna see the Mainline park come back bigger, not go away.

From the folks at Squaw. It's hardly a rumor.
