"Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth."

straight from the state department
LOL
(epic fail guys, x several)
"which referred citizenship to the place of birth"
try again
of course he is a citizen, but he is not a natural-born citizen
Honestly I don't think this will actually go anywhere, but it is funny as hell
and I'm not the first to bring it up
google "McCain ineligible"
I think rush limbaugh (sp?) even brought it up
he hates McCain, lol
that has nothing to do with it
The point is that the president must be a natural born citizen (this does not apply to senators or representatives, or military officers). The debate is over whether John McCain is technically a natural born citizen. Signs point to no.
your dumb, for one thing, if your parents are u.s. citizens, no matter where you're born you are automatically an american, and for another, its u.s. territory making him a u.s. citizen in two ways....you're a complete idiot
stop being a pussy and just say you dont like john McCain in your thread title, instead of some bullshit you are wrong about. Grow a pair and state your opinion b/c the only reason you made this was to bash McCain, so at least come out and say it.
