sierra snow is really dense which means theres more water in it, so it's not as blower as utah's meaning its like cement, hence the term sierra cement

which was pretty much all late december/jan b/c i was there at powder mountain, snowbasin and park city for a week in early december and it was terrible. powder mountain closed because of no snow and snowbasin was pretty much ice.  pc wasnt bad but to expensive so only spent 2 days there. but yeah there was no snow up there before christmas. it was baaad.

yeah man, but still by late january a lot of shit was boney as hell and hadnt filled in that much..hopefully with all this new snow shit has filled in.

Nah dude, that's just the east coast.  Lately you only need 1 cup of snow for a full cup, the snow here's been super dense and wet, aka RAIN

Der.  Utah isn't known for consistent, great early seasons.

But i haven't been able to get this shit eating grin off my face for the past month and a half, and its only the start of FEB, then MARCH, which are huge months.

458 inches total snowfall.

"3.2 percent, water content- better than sloppy seconds in sierra cement"
