Need help in the biz

i realized that i want to devote my like to freeskiing, and i figured the best way to do this is though videography/photography...i was wondering if anyone here thats in this buisness could throw me some tips, equipment suggestions, things i would absolutely need, etc...i currently have an okay video camera, but what are your suggestions...just drop some tips, and things that could help...if you have any sites, pm me....

Im sure tons of NS'ers with give you good advice, but join the Photographer cult, Videographer cult, theres tons of things that you could join! Good luck man, good to see that you choose what you want to devote your life to.

Ask for an Invite to the movie maker cult. Start with a good tripod for videography because it is your most important piece of equipment. If you could say what model you camera is people will be able to reccomend tripods and other accesories as well.

yeah, i just made it into the movie maker cult...its a cannon, but i plan on upgrading soon,ill be able to post the actual model later...thanks...any websites you can recommend??
