Blue Moutains weird system on getting into badlands.

it's all about safety. it costs nothing and you only have to do it once. And you get to go into the park where there are no lift lines.

as i told you in a message - half half acre sucks balls compared to Badlands (actually it just sucks balls). The Park pass thing has been talked about on here since October, so you should have known about it already. You watch a video for 20min than sign some forms that say you can't sue if you get hurt 'cause you understand the risks of a terrain park. This enables Blue Mountain to build 50ft tombstone kickers, 40ft kicky tables, and put up crazy rails like 40ft double kinked rails, rails that are 6ft off the ground with huge drop offs on them, and keeps all the huge yeti's out so the liftlines are short. If you haven't figured out yet - know now - blue mountain is the place to be if you're stuck in Ontario. Superpipe in the future (maybe as soon as next season), and even though there's nothing final about it, there's rumour going around about the future of the park, and if it comes true than Blue will be epic.

I really don't understand why a 20 minute video is sooooooooo painful to watch. Do you want to be stuck in a park with a bunch of yahoo's who don't know what they're doing? The biggest problem in terrain parks is the lack of knowlege amongst park users. Personally, I don't ever want to land on, or get landed upon by some snowlerblader with 150cm poles and a bellaclava!!! Chances are, if you're too impatient to watch a video, you probably wouldn't pay attention on the mountain, and you don't belong in the park anyway... Think of it like this: 20 minutes as opposed to a potential lifetime of pain and regret!

ya, yeti's still go in the park, but they had to watch the video and they know what to do while they are in there - if they dont' - than their park passes can get taken away and they get kicked out of the park.

you say you didn't have time yet you spent all day over at hells half acre on a shitty hip that i just laugh at and racers have competitions for who can go the farthest off of it (landing on the flats of course).

and yes, if you are under 18 your parents do have to watch the video with you... or someone that you say is your parent anyways.

Yeah thats a good idea.. It keeps people dont mean to be there out. I mean people just come into the park and dont even hit the jumps, they just sit there little poser ass down in front of the jump and watch people.

I wish they would do that here, I'm tired of damn Texans coming into the park, ruining the kicker lips, casing on the landing which makes you wait 10 minutes, cutting you off on the inruns, and just generally pissing you off. I would gladly sit down for 20 minutes to get rid of those people.
