Replying to PVC Rainbow Rail help and DFD Rail on a slope

i was wondering if anyone had any plans for building a rainbow pvc rail.....i can build the stand but i dont know what i would do to support the pvc rail, i have never bent wood before so i have no experience.....and i wanted to make a down flat down rail and put it on my hill which is a short (30-40 feet) now its on a slope and im not sure how to build it so that the stand will lay flat on the ground and still have a nice angle for the DFD
