sorry about the spelling and sorry if this is a repost i didn't really know what to search for.
anyway, i hurt my knee 2 weeks or so ago and it's alright now but not perfect, i'm scare to do my best tricks incase i fall and hurt it worse so i was wondering if anyone knew what would help it get strong again, the Dr just said "you have muscle damage, it should be fine in a few days" well it was but not perfect so your help would be appreciated.
