where i'm from (michigan) you will get reporting probation for 6 months. A fine. Jail for the night. The worst part is you have to drop every month

depends where you are. in the city, hartford atleast, cops wont do anything if its a small bag. where i live, its a court date.

depends on where you are, here in BC they would just take it and smoke it themselves, but if you arent nice to them and argue, they could probably fine you.

congress is passing a bill making weed an uncriminable offense, meaning, if your got with a small amount of weed on you, it will basically be equivalent to a parking ticket with no further records
