When people immediately post a thread like this showing a pair of skis snapped, it kind of makes the company look bad. Have you talked to them about warranty or anything before you posted this thread? I would tell you to fuck off if you tried to send them back just because of this thread. Rather that immediately getting shitty it's best to check what your options are through the company. You never know... they could be super chill about it and send you a new pair in a day.

nah im not mad at surface. the watch lifes are the best ski ive ever had and i rode them as hard as i could for the past year and loved every minute of it.
im just really disappointed that they broke (they had to eventually) and im out a pair of skis.

haha, i'm not affiliated with surface at all, and I didn't mean to come off as a dick. I just know they're a start up company and things like this taken negatively by other kids could be bad for them....
but that's a bummer for sure.
yeah more info on what happened would be good before you indirectly call a company out (which is how it comes across to everyone when you make a thread about snapped skis and no info)
