Export Avi from Premiere Pro

Ok, so I have to export a movie and put it on a disk in the AVI format.  What would be the best settings to use when exporting it?  The movie will eventually be played on a TV, so what would be the ideal settings for that?  Thanks.

i havent used premiere since last semester but i would think that you would wanna make it ntsc or pal depending on your dvd player and then just go for the highest quality that you have the space for
