I am the second owner of this camera and when I got it there was a problem with the heads. I spent 400$ on new heads and the chip board was replaced as well. Heads have been cleaned in early december and the camera has been used for only about 4 hours since then. It looks pretty good cosmetically except for a few tiny scratches and the outer lip of the eyepiece is cracked a bit but doesn't impair the function of the camera at all.
