Replying to Prayers, vibes, chi, whatever you do, please give it to my friend

Im not one to make these kind to threads but I seriously think that my friend needs it. My friend Alyssa has just informed me that she is pregnant. I dont see her anymore in person because she moved to Florida but I talk to her a lot online and on the phone and I always help her out with her problems. I really dont know what to tell her though. So I ask, please please give your thoughts and prayers to her and give me some stuff I can tell her to calm her down. She is really scared and doesnt know what to do.
