Can someone help me with taking my lense out of my goggles?

i have aframes, and i think i got moisture inside becuz there is fog in between the outside lense and inside lense. i wasnna take one of the lenses off to wipe it down, but i cant its really hard to pop out. any trick? any help would be appretiated

I'd just leave them out to air dry

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the lenses are stuck together, you can't take them apart unless you rip glue or something.

if your trying to pull the lens's out of the goggles try gripping by the O on top and pulling down on the nose. if your trying to pull the dual lens apart like the last guy was saying-don't they wernt ment to ever be pulled apart and you'll break them.

just take the lense out and put them over a heat vent at night.
i don't even take the lense out actually

oh and just pull the top and bottom of the frame apart, it will pop right out, the lense is one piece
