So after my pow-day today I checked my skis and found a piece of my sidewall was missing, about the size of a chiclet. You can see to the wood core now. Not sure how it happened but it seems a little sketchy.
It happened on my last year Scratch BC's.
So I called Rossi and am headed to the factory tomorrow to try to warranty.
What should I say to guarantee a warranty?
Anyone else had this problem?
