No poles in X games or US open

First of Lets be clear this is not a thread on whether poles or no poles is better, there has been a million threads on that subject already so nobody gives a fuck about your opinion on that anymore. My question is does anyone know if there were any no polers in the X games or are there any that will be in the US Open, i don't have bias i personally dont ski with poles and am just curious

well there will definitely be some in the US open since it isn't invite only. x games im not sure.

i didn't see anyone do it in the x footage i watched, but there are a few kids without them  in the us open course preview vid on the front page

I'm not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure Nina will be hard shredding the course with two free hands at the open.
She never skis with poles, would be strange for her to pick up a pair just for the comp.

yeah it's sweet that we are starting to look like ski boaders and lose all cred. boy, i sure hope to see this in contests, especially nationally televised ones that make us look like fucking toolerbladers

she did at juniors last year i think.

on another note - after seeing her at silverstar last year i realize she slays WAY harder than pretty much any girl pro. hope she does well at the open
