Nose grab

I need some help with nose grabs.
Its not workin i cant seem to grab them there is to much goin on.

get flexible and work on it with straight airs in the park and on little knolls then slowly add spins into it, this isn't a trick you'll get right away - and make sure that you are comfortable with the spin you are doing because if you are flailing and out of control you won't get it

yeah strech a bunch although it will take a while to see results. Dont just reach for ur ski bring ur ski up to ur hand also.
