OBJECTIVES FOR 4th WAVE:
1. Bringing the sites down
We are going to do something different this time. We will not release the url’s for our targets until the day of the attack. The targets will be made loud and clear through IRC and raidchan radio. Be ready and keep your ears open, this will be the biggest wave yet.
A. Communication: Main communication for bringing the sites down happens on IRC, and also on radichan radio.

2. irc.nintelligent.net #status is not a chat, it is for status updates on which sites are currently up or down. It is important to keep this up to date and monitor it. We also use the status room to coordinate the status of primary phone and fax targets. They are to be flooded to the point where a person can not get through.
3. irc.711chan.org (see mirrors below in INFO section) #xenu is a chat but is also used for moderator announcements, and may be muted at important times.
4. irc.711chan.org #xenuchat is another coordination chat
5. irc.711chan.org #press will be the main room for coordinating press activities. Share TV station phone numbers and other press related contacts. Third wave will focus heavily on alerting the press about the raid.
6. Riadchan Radio: http://www.raidchan.org/radio/listen.pls Plays raid music and constantly updates anon on the status of the raid, and is also used for giving quick instructions to anon. Fuckin pay attention this time, even if it’s choppy.
2. Phones and faxes
Keep attacking their phones and faxes, this is the real lulzy part of this raid... do it for Great Justice or just for the lulz and remember that you are anonymous. Scientology phone numbers should be posted on this forum, and any major numbers or extensions of higher ups should be posted in one of the chats ASAP. Main target here is the dianetics hotline, 1-800-367-8788. It needs to be IMPOSSIBLE to call, which means keep them on the line at all costs. Yell at them, be nice to them, ask them weird shit, whatever.
3. Alerting the media
We have many digg articles, we have a press release, we have a declaration of war in youtube... use all of these and any other material when contacting your local media. Do not use the name of this forum or any of the EBAUMSWORLDs, just say that Church of Scientology is attacked by a internet group calling themselves "Anonymous". This is very important if you want this raid to mean anything, even a little press can double our numbers instantly.
THIS MUST BE DONE ONLY WHEN WEBSITE TARGETS ARE DOWN:
Call your local news stations and speak to a reporter or a secretary, they will ask 1000 questions and you have to give up as many details as you can without breaking the rules. Have them check that the sites and phones are down, tell them about the black faxes and scientology prank calls (also how impossible it is to get through to the Dianetics hotline), give them links to the press release or the declaration youtube video. Trade press contact information in irc.711chan.org #press and repeat the process until we see this on the news. Tell them it started on 1/18/08 and shows no signs of stopping, that it’s only getting larger.
Again, coordinate press activities in #press.
4. IRL raids
NYC raid was epic, we need more videos like that to youtube. Whether you do this on thursday or any other weekday, make sure to document it for teh lulz.

We have commenced our assault upon your institution and would like to take this moment to enlighten you.
We are Anonymous, you might know think of us as merely a hacker group, but we are much more. We are the

been removed, Anonymous has provided it. Had there never been dissent from the collective concience of
everybody and of nobody at the same time would still be thinking the sun orbited the earth. Why have you,
the average scientologist, never asked the obvious questions for the betterment of your whole community?

your institution from the inside. Why do you think you church has covered up and never talked to its
members about some cases which truly made its methods public? Cases like Lisa McPherson, Josephus A.
Havenith and the famour Jeremy Perkins? The right questions are not being asked – but now, with the help
of Anonymous is the time to ask those questions.
Anonymous respects the efforts of critics such as Jeff Jacobsen and scientology's other enemies, big and
small. However, recognize that this is the 21st century. Your methods are admirable and have achieved much
and you deserve all the praise anon can deliver, but our beliefs in how this must be handled differ.
Anonymous feels that sometimes, to get the attention of someone you must punch them in the face. Fools are
