Backup Skis

I just bought a pair of last year's Atomic Tweak's 163cm. With the Solomon S912(i think) bindings.Together they were $240. 150 for the skis and 95 for the bindings. Cheap deal indeed. I just think that just in case my Scratch's get fucked im good to go. I got the 1080 boots so im all set for that. Everyone should get some back up skis just in case

stowek2: yep..theres a few skilled ones...a good number who love it and want to progress, then a bunch of morons that are trying to impress the boys by wearing as little clothing as possible and as much make-up as possible on the hill

if u have armada you DEFINITELY need backup skis.
i would go with two backups.

ba hahahah M1Grand is a class act!

I have volkl expressions as my top ski for park and urban. I 'officially' dont have backup skiis (rep will give me a new pair) but I use the 1080s and destroy cause they are not a good ski in my opinion. I would never use one of my other pairs of volkl for concrete or urban unless I was being videoed

I have 2 pair of race skis...some atomics(161) and some dynastars(150) as backups for my 720s.

I got them all really cheap too...the atomics were $180 w/ bindings. The dynastars were like $240 with bindings. The 720s were $160 with bindings. So yea, cheap. I'm buying new skis next season though.

i realy dont have a backup ski, just many pairs for every occation, big stix 106 for pow, seth pistol for pow/park, Tm for pipe/park and a set of k2 racestock dh 208's for those days im cravein speed. add 50 or so demos from rossi, k2, dynastar, fischer and salomon and you have my whole fleet. preety nice to have a fleet of 50+ skis to choose from every day. Might have to pic up a set of b2's soon also, it has to be one of the best east cost woods ski out there...

If you want a backup ski, buy my mike nicks w/ look P12s, $200/obo baby, they are in killer condition.......
