Embedding video without fancy editor.

Is this possible? Do I have to use the fancy editor to embed video?
Sorry that I didn't dig through the multi page threads about embedding video. This just seemed easier.

Bumping this thread to get more info. Is there really no way of being able to embed without fancy editor? I just don't like using the fancy editor because I can do everything on it without the buttons up top and I'd rather fuss with it.

yep you can. just copy the embed code from youtube (or wherever) and paste it in the thread. thats how i did ^ that one.
