Australian open Federer

I feel like federer has changed his game since the us open. He used to let his raquet fly and keep his arms and his body loose, now he seems to be uptight and try to muscle the raquet around but he seems to be playing alot worse with this type of style. I dont know what do you guys think?

The stroke isn't really fed's strong point, though I agree he is a little tight and it's leading to him pushing some balls long. The thing is, he needs to focus on the ball. If you watch his best matches, his head does not move throughout the stroke. He's lost some confidence now so he's been watching where the shot is going, because he's worried it'll sail long, and that's what's CAUSING it to sail long. He doesn't have a coach to help him out with this, so I don't know if he'll be able to fix it.

I think his strength is his shot consistency.

yeah his consistency has gone to shit lately, he has been making lots of unforced errors and is trying to hit much more winners than his normal style of play,  yeah i hope he snaps out of it
